Seller's Closing Costs

Costs to be borne by the Seller

As a Seller, you are responsible for the following costs in a real estate transaction:

• Lawyer or Notary conveyance expenses to clear and transfer Title (approx $1500)

• The Real Estate commission, established between you and your realtor

• GST on the real estate commission

• Home Staging, moving fees, and cleaning services, if necessary.
